This means that Administrators have only shared default folders such as inbox, calendars, contacts, notes, and tasks.&nbsp;The user can send\/receive email on behalf of the account.&nbsp;However, the user cannot include the shared mailbox in his\/her Outlook account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Here_are_some_solutions_to_this_problem\"><\/span>Here are some solutions to this problem<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Workaround-1\"><\/span>Workaround-1<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Administrators should grant an additional permission level, &#8216;Folder Permission&#8217;, to users who access the mailbox folder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Administrators should log in to their account and right-click on it. Outlook may stop accepting data from shared mailboxes once it reaches 50GB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also disable Auto-mapping and add the shared mailbox as a normal mailbox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Follow these easy steps;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Run Windows PowerShell as an administrator on your system (right-click the icon and select Run As Administrator).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To connect to Exchange Online, first run the command. <em>$Credential = Get-Credential<\/em> Enter the Office 365 credentials into the prompt up box.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connect now to Exchange Online <em>$ExchangeSession = New-PSSession -ConfigurationName Microsoft.Exchange -ConnectionUri &#8220;https:\/\/outlook.office365.com\/powershell-liveid&#8221; -Credential $credential -Authentication &#8220;Basic&#8221; -AllowRedirection<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Import the Exchange session <em>Import-PSSession $ExchangeSession<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can remove the permissions to the shared mailbox. <em>Remove-MailboxPermission -Identity complaint@domainname -User tony@domainname -AccessRights FullAccess<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can delete any shared mailbox you have shared after you have removed the permissions.&nbsp;Click the Remove button in Account Settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will need to assign full access permission permissions once again. <em>Add-MailboxPermission -Identity complaint@domainname -User tony@xyz.com -AccessRights FullAccess -AutoMapping:$false<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finally, you can add the shared mailbox to your normal account and gain access to its data.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Outlook Offline Outlook File Renaming is an option.
